What you purchase
A purchase reserves one identified advertising placement on the pictured Mercedes-AMG Coupé for 12 months from professional installation. It includes artwork preflight, print, installation, and a linked sponsor listing. It does not guarantee impressions, clicks, leads, or financial return.
Artwork and approval
Buyers must own or control their submitted artwork. Every creative is reviewed for fit, road safety, third party rights, and lawful content before production. We may request revisions or reject unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, tobacco, unlicensed gambling, or safety sensitive creative. A rejected creative receives a full refund.
Placement interruption
Maintenance and repair may temporarily interrupt display. If the car is sold, permanently withdrawn, or written off, the buyer receives a proportional refund for each complete unfulfilled month, unless a comparable replacement placement is accepted in writing.
Payments, invoices, and tax
Stripe processes payment and creates the receipt and invoice. Prices are in USD unless Checkout states otherwise. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate billing and tax information. Statutory consumer rights, where applicable, are not limited by these terms.
Privacy
We use contact, billing, website, and artwork data only to process the order, review and produce the placement, publish the agreed sponsor credit, prevent fraud, and meet accounting obligations. Stripe processes payment data under its own privacy terms. Artwork is stored privately and is not served directly from the application.
Brand and vehicle disclaimer
AdCar is an independent advertising project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Mercedes Benz Group AG or Mercedes AMG GmbH. Vehicle and product marks belong to their respective owners. Listing photographs require the seller or photographer’s permission before public commercial deployment.
Condition, appearance, and changes
Photographs and drawings on this site show an example vehicle. Colour, trim, wheels, and details of the actual car may differ, and normal wear, dirt, stone chips, and minor damage are part of a car that is genuinely driven. Placement dimensions are provisional until an installer measures the body, and a placement may be adjusted by a reasonable margin to fit curves, gaps, and hardware without affecting the price.
Events outside our control
If the car is temporarily unavailable due to accident, theft, vandalism, mechanical failure, extreme weather, regulatory action, or other events outside our reasonable control, the display period pauses and resumes rather than terminating. If a placement becomes permanently impossible, the remedy in “Placement interruption” applies. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by such events.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability under this campaign is limited to the amount the buyer paid for their placement, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost opportunities, or reputational harm. Buyers are responsible for their own artwork and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from it, including trademark, copyright, and advertising-content claims. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Sensible-discretion clause
We may decline, pause, cover, or relocate any creative at any time if we reasonably believe it risks legality, safety, insurance cover, or the integrity of the campaign. Where that permanently reduces an active placement, the buyer receives a comparable replacement placement or a proportional refund, which is the sole remedy. We may update these terms for future purchases; the terms accepted at checkout continue to apply to existing ones.
No guarantees of exposure
The car is driven in real life, not on a schedule. No specific city, route, street, event, date, mileage, parking position, or audience is promised or implied. Weather, season, maintenance, travel, and daily life determine where and how often the car is driven. Marketing descriptions of cities and audiences are aspirational illustrations, not commitments.
